If you decide Onelove GPS Yoga Studio is not for you, just let us know before your two week trial ends and we'll tear up your payment details...

If after the two weeks you decide to stay onboard... then do nothing and you will be billed monthly there after.

Yes, I want to experience Onelove GPS Yoga.  I want to experience the transformative effects of yoga.  I understand that I will be billed $1 for the first two weeks and then I will be billed the agreed monthly fee after the trial period, unless I give prior email notice to onelovecp@gmail.com that I do now wish to continue practicing.  If I don't giVe notice to cancel the trial, I may cancel the ongoing program after the commitment period, with two weeks written notice.

All classes are currently being taught to all levels.  Beginners will be shown modifications and experienced students will be able to move through the practice at a speed you are comfortable with.  The style is Hatha yoga, this means that we  move into a posture, hold the posture and then step into a resting posture to allow the body to assimilate the movement.  It is my intent to add more classes and instructors for different styles as the community begins to lean and enjoy yoga in this setting.

Frequently asked questions:

What should I bring?

*Wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in 

*A yoga mat if you have one (we do have yoga mats at the studio)

*Water bottle

*Your biggest and best smile

* Also arrive 15 minutes before class to meet the instructor and get settled in class

*Avoid eating a large meal before class, if you are hungry, have a light snack.

*And turn off your cell phone while in the studio!

How often should I come?

You can practice as much as you like!  If you practice a minimum of 2-3 times a week, you will reap the benefits of yoga.
